About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Registered Nurses (RGN) to join our growing team.
As a Registered Nurse with Clementia Care, you will provide safe, person-centred nursing care while supporting the health, dignity, independence, and wellbeing of individuals in a range of healthcare and social care environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Monitor patients' health and identify any changes in their condition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patients' health.
Promote dignity, independence, choice, and person-centred care.
Work professionally as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
Relevant nursing qualification.
Good clinical and communication skills.
A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and flexible approach to shift work.
Right to work in the UK.
Appropriate background and employment checks will be required.
